AfterJenny's work was performed, a second cleaning service was hired to handle the things left undone and/or done incorrectly by her worker(s). They spent an hour completing the work and charged me nothing for the time. My commitment to them was to agree to sign up for a monthly cleaning and organization service for the following 6-months, which equates to a per-trip service total at half of your fee for basic cleaning services. Jenny does great work. She is conscientious and thorough. House always smells so good.
If it were possible to give fewer stars, it would still be too many! I hired Jenny to do a "deep clean" on my home and what she considers clean is something that perhaps a 5 year old would consider clean. She's a nice and polite woman, but based on my experience she lacks even the most basic of cleaning skills. Despite bragging to me about how she's a "legit" cleaning professional with favorable Google reviews, she proved to be incompetent as a cleaner and did an awful job at my home.
