Jim, the service provider, was here today to fix some problems with both of our toilets. He was very thorough. Took the time to properly diagnose the problems and solve them. He cleaned and sanitized everything including the floor around the toilet before he said he was finished. I would recommend JA Carney plumbing to anyone who needs repairs or installations.
This company is a joke. I called to get some plumbing work done. Secretary takes my info and a week and a half later calls me back to tell me they can’t do the job they are too busy. Why don’t they tell you when u first call them that they are really busy and not taking any new jobs. I wasted a week of time waiting for them. Plus this is a company that commerce township recommends to use. Bad business
