They showed no regard for timelines. Even after repeated requests, they failed to complete the work within a reasonable timeframe. We had to delay or put many of our life plans on hold because of them. In the end, they took more than twice as long as the estimates they originally provided. We had an excellent experience with J&A Builders for our JADU and remodel project, which was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of work was outstanding. We hired J&A Builders for a home addition and were very pleased with the experience. Their pricing was reasonable compared to other bids we received. Although we faced significant delays due to city permits (soil tests and plan revisions) and PG&E upgrades, Juan and Andriana were with us every step of the way. They handled the entire permitting process professionally. At 8:47 this morning a big white van pulled up to me in my neighborhood and said “hey mami you look so hot.” Before smiling and driving away I got his license plate 77692u2 his name is Alex and works for your company I have called about writing a formal complaint about this employee however no one responded I want people to know Alex call calls random women on the street and made me feel extremely violated and unsafe in my own neighborhood. This happened on March 11th Berkeley California on Carleton St.
