I want to thank Jeremy and Ashley there a motivated couple to insure their shop succeeds. You just do not find these shops much anymore. There were some bumps I will say over all I’m pleased with the work they have done. Truck is up and running, transmission is smooth. I would recommend this shop to others.
Jeremy and his wife are absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond for me and my car. They made sure everything that needed to be fixed got fixed. With their knowledge, and love for cars, they made our car safe to drive again. Excellent and honest customer service made it easy to work with them. My truck has been without AC since we purchased it a year ago and we finally took it in to get it fixed. I have never been to a mechanic before because I am married to one but this AC issue was a little more complicated than we could fix so when we took it in to J&A auto we met the owners who were the most genuine people I have ever met and they immediately started working on my vehicle.
