*SCAM ALERT* after compared the quotes from other company, finally I contacted J2 MEP (I though this is a decent company with actual address, phone, email, and website. But it all scam) I spoke with John Sears. He gave me the best price of all, so I decided to hire him to draw plumbing, Electric and Fire Alarm. He asked 50% retaining fee, so I gave him the money and all the architecture drawing he needs.
