When one of the properties was being sold, they got their business license and insurance so they could bid the cleaning contract from the new owners, knowing they used a different property manager. On Time-Great Job-Great Service J2 cleaned my carpet and tile today for the 1st time. They did an amazing job considering that my floors were in horrible condition thanks new puppy. The crew was really thorough and efficient. I'm surprised that after 8yrs my carpet looks this great.

As Good As They Say – After my last terrifying experience with a carpet cleaner that wanted to up-sell to soap instead of water. I looked on City Search for a good company. When I saw all the reviews here, I crossed my fingers and gave them a call. They came when they said they would come... they did the job they said they would do.. they charged the price they said they would charge! Completely professional. Finally a carpet company that cleans the tiles and the carpet and not the checking account.
Better than expected J2 cleaned the tile in my kitchen and carpet in 4 rooms. My carpet is 8 years old and this the 1st time I've hired a carpet cleaner. These guys were able to make it look darn good for being old, cheap carpet. My tile came out looking like it was brand new and I had let it get really really dirty.

My carpet looks so good I'm gonna keep it. I kept thinking about getting some wood flooring in my living room. No matter how many times I cleaned my carpet with a rug Dr it never looked good until I had it professionally done today. Wow!
Wow Good: The guy on the phone was professional and informative, the cleaning crew showed up on time, the carpet dried really quick and came out great. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: Cant really see any. They really outperformed my expectations.. Other: These days you almost never get more than average service at best. J2 cleaned my carpet better than I had expected, charged a reasonable amount, and really cared about giving me the best carpet cleaning..
