They are by far and large the best carpet cleaning company I've used. Shocking results and nice informative employees. Very pleased
I just bought a home in Las Vegas and the real estate agent said she had the carpets cleaned, but they felt rough and look dull and there was still spots on it. I called J2 and they said what happens is some cleaners just run a detergent through the carpet which leaves soap behind and also makes it get dirty fast. They came out and put a conditioner down, the used some machine to scrub it, then rinsed it with a loud truck machine. It's now soft like it should be and they got rid of 3 sm pink stains for $20. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. I needed my carpets cleaned on very short notice so I called them on a Sunday and they were able to come out the next day while every other company either didn't answer on Sunday or told me that they could not help me for a week. They were on time and very professional. My carpets have never looked so good. This is a company that I would use for all my cleaning needs.
