I had a crew clean and polish the ESD flooring in our colocation facility. It had been 3.5 years since our last service and the floor had taken a beating. I was impressed by their determination to give me a perfect floor. They worked hard and efficiently while doing the best job they could.

Great Value! The carpet cleaning cost a little more than I paid in the past, but the results were better than in the past as well. The cleaners were polite and overall nice guys. I watched them clean and was wowed as I watched the dirt just wash away. My carpet looks and feels great! #1 in Las Vegas by my book.

Very Professional J2 has polite workers who did a fine job cleaning. They had a lot going on I couldn't keep up. I was very satisfied with the results.

J2 has cleaned our offices efficiently and with a consistent quality for 2 months now and last weekend they stripped and waxed the floors in our kitchen and bathrooms. The results: Looks like it's wet, but it's not. The floor is whiter and brighter and ultra shined. Awesome job! I'm sure they'll continue to give me the high quality service they promised.

As a real estate agent, I run across all kinds of dirty carpets. J2 was able to clean the worst one I've seen with surprising results. I can save my clients money by not having to replace carpet, which helps with my referrals. Great customer service and delightful to talk to. I can trust to just give them a lockbox code, they measure it, and email me a bill that's fair. That's very convenient for me. Glad I found them through a agent friend who uses them exclusively as I now do.

I just bought a home in Las Vegas and the real estate agent said she had the carpets cleaned, but they felt rough and look dull and there was still spots on it. I called J2 and they said what happens is some cleaners just run a detergent through the carpet which leaves soap behind and also makes it get dirty fast. They came out and put a conditioner down, the used some machine to scrub it, then rinsed it with a loud truck machine. It's now soft like it should be and they got rid of 3 sm pink stains for $20. Fantastic They were very professional, charged exactly what I was told on the phone and best of all they go a red stain out that was there when I bought my home.

Outstanding and fast We just had J2 clean the carpet, strip/wax the vct, and clean the tile and grout in our kitchen and hallways. They did a great job and did it in about 1/3rd the time of the last company I used and didn't rush. I'll use them again.
