I called this store to ask if they carry clockspring for Nissan Sentra, 2009 (2 liter, engine volume). they confirmed that they have, I went to store, picked it up and went to my mechanic to change it. The mechanic disassembled the steering wheel and took out clockspring. however, the part did not fit. The seller sold me wrong part. I had to walk back to a store and get my refund, because my steering wheel was all disassembled. I had to pay for the Mechanic labor, without fixing honk. Purchased some tires and asked for brake rotors and pad to be installed. Victor was very friendly and provided great customer service. I discovered a problem with the installation and contacted Victor. We agreed to a resolution and he was very quick to follow through on his end.
Don’t go to those guys man…. I called them to recycle my car and when I was talking to one of the guy then he says I’m gonna buy you a car for $500. I was still deciding after two days. I called them back and I told them the car again like I called you guys before and now I’m gonna take my car to you guys. Then the guy says I’m just gonna buy it for $150. He’s not a man of his words so don’t go to these guys man. Really bad experience.
Stopped by to ask about a single part I needed. After asking a couple of basic questions, the guy told me he doesn’t have time to waste and told me to leave. What a joke of a business. Terrible customer service avoid this place at all costs.
