EDIT: I posted this year about. Our car broke down not even a week after buying it. We had issues after issues with that car. Don’t get a car from them……. I just want to give Jay a big shout out. Thank you for helping us today. Jay will get you in a car the same day.. his customer service was A1 and the process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. I wasn’t expecting us to actually leave today with a car but Jay made it happen and we greatly appreciate you
I’ll absolutely be back to buy from J1 again. From first message about the vehicle we were interested in to driving away in it, everything was smooth and easy. And we absolutely love the BMW 5 series we bought. We came from 2.5 hours away and we will do it again in the near future. Perfect transaction start to finish.
