Paid around $800 to have my septic completely emptied back around last October 2024. It's now November 2025 & I've been treating my septic just like the man told me to do each month. I'm having a terrible sulfur odor come up in my mudroom where I do laundry again. The last time this happened it wasn't 2 months & my septic backed all the way up to where we couldn't flush the toilet if we wanted to. We literally had to go stay with family. This man is VIP called him extremely early in the morning left a message and he call directly back before he even opened. I live quite out of the way but that didn’t matter to him came the same morning found my issue which took time. He was diligent in determining the problem before ever charging anything over what was discussed. Can not be more thankful to him for coming on short notice staying most of the day and being extremely reasonable for the amount of work he did and plus. If you are having septic issues call him!!!!
Jerry is very nice and professional. My toilet was clogged, and he came to my home the same day, unlike all the others, which are about 2 weeks out. He did a great job, and it didn't take him long at all. I highly recommend JW.
