I have been going to Rukus for a while now and it is the most inclusive community I have been a part of! I love that I feel welcomed as soon as I step in the door! I’m a fan of so many instructors: Erin, Haley, Thekla, Lexi, and honestly all of them! I have been taught by almost every instructor and I have no complaints!

Rukus has been a wonderful home for me since I have been in Nashville. All of the instructors are so friendly and help me with technique. Their energy paired with awesome music creates a wonderful environment where you can’t help having fun while doing some cardio!!

I can not say enough good things about this studio! Prior to Rukus, I had never been to a cycling class and was very nervous to try it out. (Side note: I haven’t worked out in probably over a year, so this was a big step out of my comfort zone!!!) The staff each time I have gone for a class have been SO helpful, SO welcoming, and SO intentional - no matter who is there or if they have seen me before.
