“I felt like a magician when I called Joy Williams of Williams Heating and Cooling. All I had to say is five little words: pregnant wife, broken air conditioner. Anyone who has had their air conditioning fail when their wife is six months pregnant knows my pain. Joy answered my call at 4 o’clock on a Thursday and arranged for a technician to come to our house at 8 o’clock the next day and fix the problem. In the heat of the Summer my AC went out and I panicked because I didn't think I could get anyone to come out during that season. I called J. Williams and they were able to come out the very next morning. The technician was very friendly and explained everything to me clearly. He gave me a (very reasonable) quote for EXACTLY what I needed and nothing more and that's exactly what I paid (they even did a little more at no extra cost). From the office staff to the technician to the Service Manager, I was very pleased!
