“I felt like a magician when I called Joy Williams of Williams Heating and Cooling. All I had to say is five little words: pregnant wife, broken air conditioner. Anyone who has had their air conditioning fail when their wife is six months pregnant knows my pain. In the heat of the Summer my AC went out and I panicked because I didn't think I could get anyone to come out during that season. I called J. Williams and they were able to come out the very next morning. The technician was very friendly and explained everything to me clearly. He gave me a (very reasonable) quote for EXACTLY what I needed and nothing more and that's exactly what I paid (they even did a little more at no extra cost). From the office staff to the technician to the Service Manager, I was very pleased!
