My heat pump stopped working right in the middle of a heatwave. Dave was so helpful over the phone, walking me through some troubleshooting first, which I really appreciated. Then Kendal came by to take a look and found that I needed my head replaced. He was back the very next morning to install it. Excellent service! I highly recommend!
