Installed 9.5 years ago…excellent service and very friendly people. Motor burnt out just before the 10 yr warranty expired. Called on a Saturday and they were here Monday at noon and put in a new motor and mother board. Pretty amazing service…and they actually ANSWER the phone. First class service! Chris & Anni Law. I'm very pleased with the heat pump system installed at my home in Newfoundland in September. I couldn't find a reliable installer anywhere near me, but luckily, my electrician told me that J Wilkie Mechanical in Cape Breton, also services southwestern NL.
