Horrible service. Doctor never calls back with or e mails back. lack of communication

Ain't nobody loves me like Dr. Cook and his crew. We've been with them at least 10 years...the traditional anniversary gift for 10 years is tin or aluminium but these folks are SOLID GOLD. Lupe is my guardian angel.

Dropped my seriously ill Hubby because Gerry tried all week making an appt. with a cardio Dr. who we never seen. We already have a cardio Dr. Scolded us in his office infront of his staff & students because Gerry felt the need to leave the hospital after they at lst tested him alot then just gave him IV drips. Would not allow him to wash or shower in the hospital & was giving him cold food. We were long time patients in the past & just dropped us like garbage.

He is so so compassionate! I've been seeing him for about seven years, just for check-ups and some back issues. But he cares about my emotional issues as well, particularly during the past several months as I have acting as a caregiver for a seriously ill person. His manner with patients is absolutely outstanding; he actually cares about all aspects of their lives. I have said to a couple of his students that the way he treats people is the most important thing they can learn from him,
Dr. Cook is absolutely the best out there! Being a gay man/parent, he has been there for me in every part of my life for the last 20+ years. Even though I live in Plainfield, IL, it is absolutely worth the drive to see him. He understands me because he take the time to get to know me and my family. I'm almost 50 years old. I've seen plenty of doctors. No one even compares to this man! Simply the best!
