Everything was great, until it wasn’t. My husband and I have been going to this practice for years. Recently we rescheduled a few appointments: 1 due to being sick and 2 others we did not receive confirmation texts for. When I spoke to the office staff to reschedule I was never told we would be receiving a bill for missed appointment fees. When we received the bill I immediately called to discuss the fees. Incredibly friendly staff!! Dr. DeLucia takes care of our entire family including my 2 year old for routine check ups. My own appointments have been wonderful, I am happy with everything so far on my dental journey and things are explained to me very throughly.
Great office staff! Friendly and professional! The Dr has an amazing bed side manner, professional, kind and no pressure for other services!!! Very highly recommended!!! Thank you so much!
Horrible office staff, apparently they have multiple locations. Office staff neglected to mention this when they scheduled my next appointment. When I showed up for my appointment at the same location as previous, door was locked and no one was there. Then I get a 50$ no show charge. To top it off I get the dentist calling me up an yelling at me, saying I didn't show, when I did, taking time out of my day that was wasted. Im terrified of the dentist, but Dr. DeLucia and his staff are very professional and make you feel very comfortable with their procedures...him and his staff are Amazing!
