This company has a very strange approach. While they provide phone numbers for agents presenting their properties on their website, you end up having to message each agent multiple times just to arrange a tour or even get basic details like the apartment size, which should be listed on the website. It honestly feels like they're doing everything they can to avoid responding or renting out apartments.
I never write yelp reviews, but this one is needed. I am very disappointed with this rental agency. The woman that I was working with was difficult and Rude from the very beginning, and it was clear she did not want to interact with me. As soon as she saw me and my tattoos, her whole behavior changed. She insinuated that my application would be approved in a couple of days and I did everything that I needed to do to get her all of the required paperwork. just moved to SF and trying to find a new place only to be met with coldness — real estate agents are ruthless out here. Not interested in helping at all.
Shady leasing practices - don't trust anything in the listing and verify everything independently. I leased a property and ultimately the posting did not accurately reflect the unit I was leasing. Had I been given accurate information by the licensed real estate agent I would not have rented the property -its not right for me and what I need in a rental.
