A big special thank you to J. Warren Funeral Services. Thank you for letting my family & I hold our service there at your Chapel. It was a beautiful service. Each staff was very helpful & caring during the services. No rush at all. I'm very thankful for Mr. Jove Warren for guiding me during this tough time. Super helpful & understanding. As much as it was hard to say “see you later” to my daughter, i trusted my daughter in the hands of cecilia. she was respectful, sweetest person i ever met, and will show so much love/ support while grieving for a lost one. Thank you cece as well for placing my daughter in a safe box to bring her home while helping us clean up!
In a time when you have to leave your loved one in the care of another and expect them to assist in your time, this is not the place. Casa grande MAY be a better option, but this is not the place. The flower delivery was such a hassle with their new system it was easier to get them and deliver them myself. Then the funeral coordinator forgot to send the obituary to the paper, as much as the services cost we expected better.
This company sucks, go somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better for your loved one.
