Barton Bus Driver. My sister got me a gift certificate for Christmas for Waldron's. The absolute best gift I ever received. I am extremely fussy with meat. I've been going to butchers for over 30 years. Why on earth did I not stumble on this place earlier. Hands down the best butcher in the city of Hamilton. Went there today to pickup some food for a camping trip. Everything was amazing!!!!
Small place, but beautiful quality if meat. All ethically sourced. The owner even took his time to answer all of my questions about how they source their meat. Very impressed.
Best Butcher in town. I try and get all my quality meats from here. Do I sometimes buy a giant thing of ground turkey from Costco? Yes. But when I want proper cuts of meat, I go here. You can even call ahead and request cuts.
