I have lived at my current apartment for 2.5 years now, and it has been an extremely pleasant experience with J&W. They are extremely responsive to any maintenance requests (responding within hours) and are constantly looking to improve the building while keeping its character. The neighbors are all so pleasant and respectful as well.
I have been a tenant of J&W for 4 years, and have always had a very positive experience. The management team has consistently been responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them as a landlord to anyone seeking a new apartment.
I've moved around quite a bit and I've never had such a positive experience with a property management company. J&W exceeded my expectations. They immediately responded to any questions and service requests. I rented from them for 2 years and Lisa, Brooks, and Miguel made me me feel welcomed and cared for during my time in Providence. I could not recommend them enough!
