I lived with J&W for 3 full years. They were awesome! Very communicative to every need. Can't recommend them highly enough. They are not like other landlords / companies that are trying to squeeze you out of every penny / cent, and genuinely just want you to have a good experience and are very fair. They were amazing!! Lisa, Brooks and Greg are fantastic.
I love living here. It is a fantastic neighborhood and a wonderful building. Management is wonderful and very responsive. Maintenance is fast and reliable. The community is kind and friendly and you can walk everywhere. It was originally going to be just short term and I have been here over 12 years. Highly recommend!

J&W is truly a family business where the owner and staff treat long-term residents like family. I can tell that they have great pride in their properties, and will work with the residents to resolve issues in good faith. The East Side location is also unbeatable!
