I've moved around quite a bit and I've never had such a positive experience with a property management company. J&W exceeded my expectations. They immediately responded to any questions and service requests. I rented from them for 2 years and Lisa, Brooks, and Miguel made me me feel welcomed and cared for during my time in Providence. I could not recommend them enough!

The best landlord I have ever rented from! He gets back to you quickly on any questions, creates a safe environment and goes above and beyond to create a space people want to show up to every day. J & W Property are a very professional and responsive property management company. I lived in my apartment on Gano Street for 5 years and have no complaints about their management. My apartment building was quiet and clean, and staff were always very quick to respond to maintenance requests and queries. The apartment itself was very nice (if a bit old, but this is Providence), and reasonably priced. I would recommend J & W property to anyone looking for an apartment in the Wayland Square/College Hill area.
J&W is an excellent, professional, management team! I have rented with them for three years now and the service and communication is impeccable. They take repairs seriously, are highly organized, keep the apartment common spaces and outdoors clean, and are fair and responsive at all moments. I highly recommend them as a landlord! The quality of service is exceptional, I feel really lucky to have found J&W.
