I had a disappointing experience with Shawn at the sign shop. Communication was inconsistent, timelines kept changing, and it felt difficult to get clear updates on the status of the order. When I asked questions or raised concerns, the responses came across as dismissive rather than helpful. The final product also didn’t fully match what was discussed beforehand. Overall, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this shop based on my experience.
