Amazing customer service! Very informative and knowledgeable.
I have purchased two street-strip TH-350s from JW Performance and have been very satisfied with reliability and performance. The TH-350 in my '66 El Camino was upgraded with an Ultrabell and 2,800 stall converter and is still working great after 3.5 years. I love this shop and have been a satisfied customer since 1980.
Absolutely disappointing customer service when you are on the other side of the world having issues. Ignores emails, phone calls, and im not even sure they will even see this post. Overseas racers should avoid like the plague.
I recently made the switch and started using jw parts in my builds. I couldn't be happier with the parts or the service. The vb's works flawlessly and the converters are exactly what they're supposed to be. The tech support is the best I've seen. Eric is always helpful in getting me whatever I need and making sure it does what I need it to do.

Service and performance can't be matched. I have run JW converters and transmissions in fast door cars and dragsters .They are deadly consistent and faster than the other companies .
