This lady was the nicest, sweetest person. I came in to get some jewelry cleaned. I asked her how much and she said absolutely nothing. She was just happy to do it. I tried to offer her a tip but she wasn’t having it I will definitely be going back to purchase a necklace for a charm I already have. I planned on it that day but she said it’s best to have the charm there to see if the two pieces go together.

I've been going to J W Jewelers since 2017 , such amazing people ,best advice , great service and you cant beat the price . One piece of jewelry became our favorite although it cost the least . A love bird charm with both our birthstones .
