Renter beware! Needed to move in but apartment was dirty and had broken microwave. While renting for almost a year, needed new stove but took several calls and pointless visits to finally resolve. When able to leave early for better job, was not able to get manager to walk through with me but then received a bill for untrue items. So disappointed!!!!

The lady that sits in front of the door in the Wilson office is extremely rude and racist. Over the phone everything is lovely but in person it’s a different story. When she calls you with approval information she quotes the price and doesn’t inform you that someone else has been approved for the same unit but she definitely takes every application fee and that in itself is a rip-off

The neighborhood that I live in is a very diverse area and I love that about where I live. What I don't like is the company that manage the property that I rent. They are one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever dealt with. I can not wait to this lease is OVER. You had to keep calling to get maintenance over to the apartment and then when they show up it looks like someone they hired off a street corner. Someone different everytime. God April come on and I am out.
