Small project, replacing loose tile on spa dam in our pool, but great customer service and advice to get the project completed promptly. When original tile was no longer available they gave us the time and guided us through the design work to match closely and add a little flare to integrate the new tile into the overall design. WOW!!! I have had a leak in my pool for five years. I had spent about two thousand dollars with other companies trying to find the leak prior to contacting Kyle at JW Contracting. Kyle was awesome. He took a lot of time listening to understand the issue and was willing to give me a rough estimate of the cost. The last company that had come out had found the leak in the return line. I had an excellent experience with JW Contracting on renovating my pool. Kyle, Amy, Ana, Carter, Roque and Manuel were all professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Costs, materials and time lines were all discussed up front and the project was completed as planned. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish.
JW Contracting did an acid wash to remove crystalization in our pool. They did a great job - fit us in to their schedule, and everything went smoothly. Kyle is knowledgeable and generous with his time and expertise. Highly recommend.
