Clean and inviting salon. They did a good consult with me and answered my questions. Relaxing and not rushed. The best scalp massage and shampoo I have ever had. Really like my hair cut and blow dry and felt like she listened to what I wanted and explained how to make it happen.
I booked an appointment for a trim and arrived early, but I ended up leaving while I was waiting because I felt unwelcome. I have 4C hair and I made that clear beforehand, and while checking in I noticed a clear difference in how I was treated and interacted with compared to other clients. The stylist was very upbeat and enthusiastic when interacting with the client before me, but very short and dismissive toward me. Julia is The best!!! I know Julia for many years and always very satisfied with professional hair cut or hair color. Also now my boys come to her as well because she is very detailed and will do the best haircut, even if they very picky and have a difficulty with finding exactly what they need Julia is highly skilled and so talented!
