Penny has been doing my nails for almost 10 years, I won't go to anyone else. People think they are my own they look so good.
They need to update their hours of operation online and on their doors. They don't close at 8! They close at 7! Sucks that you drive almost 30 minutes just for them to be locking the doors at 6:59pm!
My mother & I got our nails done here and left with nothing good to say about this place. My mom got the gel acrylic nails and I just got a finger/toe polish. The polish was SO OLD looking we should have known better from the start but settled in hopes that it would hold up. Yea, it DID NOT. My nails were chipped the next day and my mother’s gel nails that she was way over charged for was also chipping and cracking on the nail base. I got pedicure done here. Victoria is awesome. I would recommend this place.
I came to this salon for a gel mani & pedi bc they didn't seem busy & i didnt have time to go to my normal spot in Charlotte. Now I understand why they were not busy on a Friday evening at 5. The older lady thay helped me had a bad attitude. She used the drill to get my old gel polish off and it was painful on my hands and toes. She continued to hit my cuticles.
