We weren't scammed but we were taken advantage of... We had a septic backup in our house and called for service. He came out in the late afternoon did some trouble shooting and defined that water was not coming into the septic...blockage in the waste pipe to the septic. Confirmed they would be back the following day with equipment. Knowing nothing of septic, I let him proceed with fixing the problem...went inside to be with my kids. Great people and great service. Had an emergency with the septic, James came the same day and fixed the problem. Explained everything , great price. Every business should have their work values. Thanks James and E for everything .

Genuinely a wonderful company and people to work with. All was completed above expectations and a pleasant experience in a septic emergency! We had a emergency on a Sunday mid day, James and Cath were out shortly after the call to resolve. Explained throughly what needed to be done and timelines. We felt very comfortable in their work, honesty, and trusted them completely!
