I usually am not the guy to go out of my way and leave negative reviews and much rather prefer positive reviews but I have to get this out there. The owner doesn't understand business at all!. I have a home only loan through 21st going on family property (I don't own the land). did not install septic to approved plans. sloppy service , flooded my master bathroom , still hasn't paid for septic tank that was installed in april and it is now sept 29. got letter today from tank provider about a lean on property if not paid , jt's has been paid in full,

Well the job foreman was very unprofessional. The crew showed up the first day to do a water, electric, and sewer hook up and didn't bring any supplies or their backhoe so they had to come back the following week. They finally showed up 5 days later and did a terrible job. Another electrician had to show up and re wire the electric pole because it was wrong. The water supply under the mobile home is leaking. My name is James Peterson, My wife and I have owned and operated J.T.'s Septic Service for 16yrs. I would like to tell my side of the story concerning Patricia G. When I build a driveway I save the last load of gravel for the finish grade. After all the heavy traffic is over I like to spread the last load of gravel and really make the drive look nice. Worst experience ever. Sloppy work, no licence electrician for La, lied about our driveway. It is too thin, not enough rocks. Tried to get away with just laying the wiring under the house, not in conduit. City would not pass inspection. Rude owner. Septic tank is not where we discussed. It is in back yard, right outside my patio doors. Owner would not move it, even though I expressed many times that I did not want it there, and that is not where we discussed putting it.
