JT custom pools is amazing. They raised the bar in pool construction & maintenance. From JT Custom pools & their pebble tech technology is fantastic. WARNING! DO NOT BUILD A POOL WITH THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY! In the spring of 2020 we signed a contract for JT’s to build our pool. After the foreman quit or was fired the delays began and never stopped. Our pool concrete shell was poured during the summer and sat empty for 6 weeks. I had called JT’s to complain after 3 weeks as it had partially filled with water and began to stink. I was becoming an embarrassment to the neighborhood so I called JT’s again to complain. The communication is really ‘’bad’’ I have left several messages with Tammy in the last 5 months asking for the owner, Jason to call me regarding the ‘’poor quality’’ pavers JT’s Pools installed on my pool deck, but as of today no response. This is so ironic because when I contacted JT’s Custom Pools for a Quote everyone prevented to be ‘’nice’’ but now that I have issues with the pavers they have installed Jason is ‘’Ghosting’’ me by not returning my calls. I would not recommend JT's Custom Pools for the following reasons. They do not have their own team, they send subcontractors to do all the work. The say there will be a project manager onsite, but that is a lie, a JT's representative will not oversee the work. You will have random subcontractors showing up at your home. There is very little communication, they only contact you when they need a payment. JT's will not notify you of when subcontractors are coming to do the work. JT installed our pool about 2 1/2 years ago. They were great and the pool is wonderful. We would use them again in a second. His team is fast and professional and JT stops by daily during construction.
Our entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful! Everything Jason promised was done above and beyond what was expected! Everything was checked and double-checked everyday by Jason himself, his crews were always pleasant and respectful and his wife Julie was always a pleasure to talk to!!!!
