J. Trent Associates were quite thorough, did what i asked, and more in the time I asked. All while being professional, would work with them again.
We had a very unique situation where a tree uprooted and fell across our backyard damaging multiple decks and landings. The challenge was the root ball was so big we would need to bring heavy equipment down the slope to remove it. This was going to cause even more damage to the landscaping and retaining walls. J Trent laid new roof at our house in Cary and did a great job. It was all done in one day and the grounds around our house were carefully cleaned after. We have not run into any issues for the last two years so we can really judge a job well done. At a competitive price as well.
J. Trent and Associates to the rescue, once again! I have depended on Trent for many years (decades), and he has always come through. The most recent experience was with a broken water main. He dealt with the whole process - requesting utility markings, hand digging the line, and handling the installation. He even made sure everything was working properly a few days later (since I had been out of town). I will continue to rely on Trent, and can certainly recommend him for any home improvement or construction service.
