The owner of this salon is beyond rude, she was late, and refused to style anyone's hair in the wedding party like they requested. The appointments were an hour off of what she confirmed to my sister, leaving us with almost no time to finish getting ready before the ceremony. At the end of the appointments, there were a few girls who had to rush to fix our hair before we left. The staff, excluding the owner is very polite and they tried their best to make us happy, but the owner is enough to make a horrific experience.
I photographed a wedding party here at the Warsaw J three this past sat and all the girls had make-up and hair done by J three and they all looked fantastic!!!! Make-up lasted all day and the girls were all so pleased!!
I always walk away feeling like a million bucks! Thank you Stephanie. You are a rockstar!!
I just had my first massage and Jennifer Snider did an amazing job. I feel so much better. I can't believe it took me 40 years to ever have that done. If you are feeling tension or pain I would highly recommend that you head over to the Oakwood in Syracuse and see Jennifer. Holy moly was that awesome!! My headache is gone!!
I enjoy my time at the salon and love the Aveda products!
