Office staff, nurses & PA's are all very nice and professional. Office manager is great to work with and very flexible when it comes to appointment options and giving you dates and times. The office is clean. Dr. Tom is super knowledgeable and very talented.. Great bedside manner. I had a lump removed which I was really paranoid about having done because fear of scarring. He did a fantastic job. Healing great and scarring is very minimal. Can't even notice it. I highly recommend this Dr. and his practice.
Finding Dr. Tom was actually a complete coincidence due to a mix-up with phone numbers, but I truly couldn’t be happier that it happened. It was absolutely the right place at the right time— fate! From the very beginning, he NEVER once made me feel like any question was a stupid question.
