RecommendedI bought 2 lawns here and a leaf blower and I always bring my equipment here to get tuned up I have a snow blower that I had 3 years I bought my Honda mower here 6 years ago and I just bought a brand new toro lawn from here last may after my Honda mower died I also bought a weed trimmer from here 2 years ago I like how they take care of there customers I like mark he’s the nicest person that helps and his son and his brother John I give Jtel 5 stars for very good service
As a local small business and family run establishment, I was more than happy to give J-Tel my business. We purchased our Toro self-propelled mower here a few years ago and it worked really well. After relocating to a larger piece of property (1 acre), it was time to get a high quality riding mower. After shopping around, we decided to purchase a zero turn mower. Published closing time of 3pm Handwritten note on window says that closing is 1 in July. Never mentioned when they called two days earlier. Sucks for me I guess. Just dont trust these guys.

Went to buy repair parts this morning for a small pump we use in our business, sales tech was knowledgeable and helped much. While I was waiting on my parts a couple was looking to purchase a brush cutter machine. The salesman surely could have made a sale, but recommended a product that they do not sell and directed them elsewhere. It is nice to see a business that takes the best interest of a customer over that of a sale.
