Rob Wright goes above and beyond for his customers. He deals with the difficult insurance companies and assists you in getting the claim payout you are entitled to when your insurance company is not on your side. I am an Insurance Agent/Account Manager and have dealt with many roofing companies over the years and he by far has been the best I have worked with and far exceeded my expectations. He & J-Tech will be no doubt who I will refer my insureds to!!
J Tech was great! They made the roofing and insurance claim process simple. The quality and service are outstanding. They brought the decking up to International Roofing Code standards and upgraded to Class IV shingles. My insurance premium went down 25% and I received a sizable refund for my current policy. They are an established company that I contact regarding warranties and repairs if needed. Don’t go with a door by door roofing company go with J Tech.
J-Tech was an excellent company to work with and although we did not go with their offer, Rob was patient, kind and most of all, informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and Rob, specifically, as he is an excellent resource for information, especially if you're in need of a siding education. Thank you for all your help, Rob!
