This man is a FRAUD! DO NOT USE JIM! First he came to my home with two guys middle age and older job to complete a four day task. The job consist of a kitchen, foyer, family room, upstairs hall , small bathroom, laundry room and panty. Which he told me that he could get done in less than fours days. He's a FRAUD! - "Jim the painter" should be called "Jim the contractor" BEWARE find your own reliable painter and save yourself a good 40-45%. I went with Jim, who was the highest price; because he said he will do the job right. That might be the case, however when all is said and done it will be substantially higher than his original quote because he has no idea how to estimate a job.
