I ordered a washer pump for an old VW. The picture showed the correct plug that I needed. What arrived in the mail after weeks of waiting and emailing them was the wrong pump. It doesn't have the correct plug. Now it doesn't even appear on their website...go figure. Now I'm stuck with a useless pump and have to keep looking.
I would not recommend JT Outfitters or their subset Big Daddy Offroad. I placed an order of the monster tie rod/ drag link kit from Big Daddy Offroad on 2/20. It has currently been 5 Months waiting for tie rod/ drag links..... I never received an email confirmation of the order and followed up after 3 weeks. They said they were waiting for their manufacturer. I called every week and a quick response with the same story.
