Total scam, please stay away from these people!! I called and scheduled a dryer vent cleaning, just a basic one according to them yhat will cost 99 dollars. The guy came out and said he can't clean it and still charged my wife the 99 dollars. The techs name was David, so he says ... The customer service people I talked to said they would call me back and never did and that I would get a refund that I never got, these peyjust want to scam you!!
