They did an awesome job, with my dad. Everything was great (beautiful). Everything was professional, love Ms. Helen.
Helen and her team did an awesome job with my moms body. During this difficult time, Helen made the process easy and was always available if we had any questions. This is the second time we have used JT Hall and we have been so appreciative of the professionalism Helen has exhibited. Thank you so much for everything. My mom looked beautiful and everything went according to plan.
I was extremely disappointed in fact appalled by the actions of JT HALL funeral services. The unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. This lady closed the casket in front of the family throwing a towel on my Father’s face and proceeded to attempt to lock the casket with the lining hanging outside the casket. If I could upload the photo I have of how the casket was placed on the church truck you would understand my frustration. Not to mention when we exited the church the family car was inoperable.
