Good shop, knowledgeable team however communication between customers and mechanics could be improved. I have been calling for three days for an estimate on a part on my car - no one has reached back out for a quote. Be prepared to call the shop everyday for updates on repairs of your car. They are very busy which can delay your communication and efficiency. Because of this I would recommend another shop.
Great service at JT Auto Service! The team was honest, quick, and explained everything clearly. I definitely recommend them!
