Because of my work schedule I am a drop in, so I don't have a regular person. However, yesterday is bringing me to tears. My hair WAS a good 6 inches past my shoulders, between my shoulder blades. I said point blank no more than an inch at most, and I needed something to hide my cowlick, I mentioned while I was getting it cut that it is looking too short, she then turned my chair and I could not watch.
