I decided to visit Jstar of Ahills to inquire about purchasing a truck. Salesman encountered tried to get a commitment prior to showing a specific model. More conversation was held about how expensive cars are and how it was an extremely busy weekend. I'm not sure if dressing up a certain way would've made my encounter better but I definitely ended purchasing a truck from another dealer for the price I was able to work with.
Was plesure doing business with the J Star team, all questions were answered with professional detailed answers and dignity during my test drive. Thanks to the J Star crew for making sure all my needs were taken care of.
I took my 2020 Ram 2500 in for: *Engine oil change *Transfer case oil change *Wheel bearing replacement *Upper ball joints And they charged me & my extended warranty co. for all this..."thousands of dollars." The ONLY item that they actually did were the Wheel bearings. All other items were NOT DONE. I always have to check the work after we pay on each truck. ( I highly recommend you do the same!!! ) They just topped off the engine oil & never touched the transfer case.. I showed them the photo evidence of this bogus service... read more
