While I was out of town for Thanksgiving, one of my crowns came off. I called Dr Franz's emergency number and he patiently walked me through steps to do until I returned home. Upon my return to the Queen City, he worked me into his schedule and took gentle, knowledgeable, care of the emergency. He re-attached on a temporary basis and scheduled an appointment soon for a permanent fix. He is awesome.
I have been a patient since September of last year 2014 and before that I had not been to a dentist in 20 years because of my dentist phobia. Dr. Franz and his staff have done miracles, that is I no longer have anxiety attacks walking into the office. All the work he has done on my teeth I must say I am very pleased with his service. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is scared of dentist. Because of Dr. Franz I no longer have that dentist phobia and of course I look like a million bucks at age 61.
The team at Dr. Franz's office does a great job to make you feel comfortable during dental procedures. They care about your health, wellness and will go out of their way to make your visit as pleasing as possible.
This is only my third time in the office and the staff new me! Everyone that works there is sooooo nice! They are upfront with the costs of services. I would highly recommend David Franz!

Dr.Franz and his staff are so friendly and professional! I am terrified of dentists so bad that I hadn't been in awhile I heard about Dr.Franz and thought I'd give it a shot. Him and his staff were very welcoming. They took their time, explained everything, and made me feel comfortable. I'm now not as scared! I would definitely recommend Dr.Franz and his team!
