The therapists are often late. No regard for appointment times. They spent way too much time on administrative work and not on helping clients. Waste of time and money. Just wait till they send you 25 emails a day. This place will make your mental problems worse. Waiting room was under construction every in person appointment. Its in an old dirty dusty house in Ambler. Would not recommend. If I could give zero star I would
Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company that is supposed to provide mental health services. They outsourced their billing to Optum which resulted in me and many clients being forced to self pay for the sessions that happened at the same time as the billing transition, even though we had insurance coverage. They are completely abdicating their responsibility by telling us we need to sort it out with Optum. Don’t seek help here.
I have been seeing Jennifer Stout-Middlecamp for therapy for the last three and a half years and have nothing but positive things to say. She has been such a supportive and empowering presence in my life, and has helped me grow and change for the better in so many ways over our time together thus far. I cannot recommend working with her enough!

The billing system is messed up. I called about the billing because I paid all my payments up until my last appointment MONTHS ago and now it's $100. Last time i called it was $130. I shouldn't have anything left. Feels fraudulent...
