I've been coming here for two years now and couldn't be happier. The staff always remembers my name and makes me feel welcome. Dr. Rhee takes time to explain everything thoroughly and never rushes through appointments. My cleaning today was painless and the hygienist was gentle and knowledgeable. Great practice
Once upon a time Dr. Rhee and his practice were amazing Pre Covid. After that I mainly interacted with his hygienist and receptionist. I haven’t seen him at my most recent visits.
The doctor is nice but the receptionist is rude to my kids, always has an attitude and makes us feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable . She never pick up when I call and when she do she is extremely rude . The Dentist is very professional and one of the best but the receptionist is the reason 4 the 1 star. If I can give the receptionist a 0 star I would .
