Very responsive, good straightforward advice.
My MOEN shower handle snapped off the stem of the posi-temp cartridge and water was spraying out of it and we were unable to gain control of it without turning off the supply to the whole house. After many YouTube videos and drilling of drywall screws into the plastic cartridge to attempt to remove it from the housing, I called J Sewer and Drain when it seemed extremely stuck, and they offered a free same day consultation. Great communication, careful and considerate workers, and excellent work completed in a timely fashion. My new go to plumbers! This was my 2nd experience using them. Very happy! Update, called them 3 times a year later to get a plumbing quote for more work. No response. Sad.
