Do NOT use these people for appraisals.. My home has been appraised 3 times in the past 5 years.. The last was last year (2014) a level "B" and 130 pages long.. They have all been fairly close to the actual cost to build it 5 years ago. Keep in mind that is for the house construction alone... FHA sent this rude, obnoxious person out to my house for a refi appraisal and his appraisal was $70,000 LESS than everyone else..
