Never gets back with bid if he's busy Called for estimate took month and a half and still no bid. Finally got in touch and he was booked for 3 months I guess I was not real important to him since he was so booked for that long, but a courtesy call with my bid would have been nice. I bet when business gets slow he'll call all his old possible customers and they won't be there either. Poor way to to business.
Brilliant service, great roof! J Scott is great & his team are very hardworking and professional. We got 5 quotes last year for our roof and Scott's were not the cheapest but very reasonable. We picked him because every time we called he was up on a roof working, whereas others seemed to be out of work. That said something about the demand. The job was started a few days later than scheduled but it was finished promptly with little mess. The whole team was great, polite, respectful and always at work.
Most Unethical They are extremely negligent and unethical!! They were hired by the landlord to replace the roof over a business and 2 apartments. They had absolutely no respect for the business or the customers, they had 5 vehicles in the parking lot leaving no where for customers to park. Absolutely no safety measures were set up for the general publics' safety; no cones or signs but yet a ladder left up to the 20 foot roof for over a week with just caution tape stuck to it,(at least 4 children in the apartments that could ... read more
