Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Absolutely Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Yes Did the staff keep the temperature in the waiting room pleasant? Yes

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately!
