Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Long Wait Times I truly wish I could give zero stars. I walked into J Salon around noon and was told they could take me in about 40 minutes. I appreciated the estimate and went out for lunch. When I checked back in, they said to return in about 30 minutes—around 1:00 PM.
