Jim and Sue (J&S) are great and have a great crew. Justin, Zack and the two Brandons took down a 100 foot oak. They were courteous and hard working. They did not leave until the job was done, and the job site was cleaned up. Which included hauling out the wood, clearing the leaves and grinding the stump. Very professional and reasonable price.

Had two appointments and made sure I rearranged my schedule. Thursday came and went no call no show so left a message. Called again at 10am Friday. Got ahold of someone who said they were going to call me be. Said they would be here between 8-10 sure thing the following Monday. Waited for 3 hours same thing no call no show still and it's Thursday. Really disappointed as my parents had used them to take down 20 trees a few years ago and they came highly recommended. Will have to use someone else for this project.

They did an amazing job taking down a fallen tree that was hovering over our fence. Fence is in tact!

This company caused me to miss a full day of work for a job that wasn’t done, is severely lacking in their communication skills, and was incredibly rude to me when I eventually cancelled my appointment after they had given me the run around. I called and spoke to Sue to get a quote on a tree that was leaning. She gave me a reasonable estimate and I decided to make an appointment to have the tree taken down.
